Buying Armani watches
Brands are important. The brands we choose to associate ourselves with means almost as much as our political affiliations and social groups. A brand means something. If you use the Nike says something much different than if you use Timberland, at least it could mean anything. The thing is, no matter how many shares you put in your notice the other people in the world, those who are constantly judging and monitoring of the activity, will read into your brand choice. Sure, you say “I only have / buy what I like.” Well it’s true, but it’s a whole list of reasons why you like it. There is also a list of reasons why you would not like to say another brand. On top of all this, we choose to expose us to certain brands, and we choose to ignore the full-on others. It is a perfectly reasonable filtering process. With a wealth of options on this little marble of a planet simply can not afford to “try everything once.”
This is even more true perhaps of which brand of high-end look you choose to buy. High end which causes immediate brain to certain conclusions about a different status, both economically and socially. If you choose to say, wear Armani watches all day people come to imply a certain wealthiness from you. Armani watches can also lead those around you to believe that you put much stock in brands. They would be right and honest you are right to do so. DKNY watches are great, but if you wear Michael Kors watches you obviously have a different set of interests. It is these kinds of distinctions that sets us apart from species unconcerned with fashion.
I for one am not the most fancy guy around. I like TW Steel watches because they are convenient and I love Swatch watches because they are totally funky fresh. This says something about me. Practical and fun thing more impressive than the top echelon of society. Now if I were looking to impress I might invest in some Raymond Weil watches and Tissot watches, since I do not though, I will go with time pieces of my choosing.
