Gianfranco Ferre Official Sale
CONSORTIUM between U.S. equity firm, Prodos Capital Management LLC, and South Korean conglomerate, Samsung Group, has approved the final offer to acquire the fashion house Gianfranco Ferré who had been in bankruptcy protection the Italian government.
